AI Invoice Parsing

Upload any vendor invoice as a PDF. Rebridge uses AI to read every line item, extracting style numbers, product names, sizes, colors, quantities, and costs. It handles messy layouts, multi-page invoices, and inconsistent formatting without templates or configuration.

Unlike template-based parsers that break when a vendor changes their format, Rebridge understands the content of the invoice, not just its layout. It works with any brand — from major distributors to small independent labels.

Automatic Product Matching

Every parsed line item is matched against your existing Lightspeed catalog. Rebridge searches by manufacturer SKU, product name, and attributes to find the right match. It knows the difference between a reorder of an existing product and a brand new item that needs to be created.

When creating new products, Rebridge follows your store's naming conventions, category structure, and attribute patterns. It learns how your catalog is organized and formats new entries to match — no manual cleanup required.

Deep Catalog Sync

Rebridge pulls your entire Lightspeed catalog — every item, matrix, category, and variant — and maintains a local copy. This means product matching happens instantly without hitting your POS API for every lookup.

The system audits your catalog to understand how your store operates: what your naming conventions are, how you use attributes, what size systems you carry, how categories are structured. This profile drives every decision Rebridge makes.

One-Click Lightspeed Sync

Once you review and approve a matched order, Rebridge pushes the purchase order directly into Lightspeed. New products are created with the correct categories, attributes, and pricing. Existing products get reorder quantities added.

Review Queue

Every purchase order goes through a review step before syncing. You see exactly what Rebridge matched, what it wants to create, and what needs your input. Approve individual line items or the entire order at once.

High-confidence matches are auto-approved. Lower-confidence items are flagged for review. You stay in control of every product that enters your catalog.
