Rebridge handles your product catalog, vendor invoices, and purchase orders. Here's how we keep that data safe.

Authentication

Rebridge connects to Lightspeed through OAuth 2.0. We never see or store your Lightspeed password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically. You can revoke access at any time from your Lightspeed account or your Rebridge settings.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Database contents are encrypted at rest. Lightspeed OAuth tokens are stored with additional application-level encryption. PDF uploads are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

Data isolation

Every Rebridge account is fully isolated. All database queries are scoped to your tenant. There is no cross-account data access. Your catalog, invoices, and purchase orders are only visible to users on your team.

AI processing

Invoice content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for parsing. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training. Parsed data is returned to Rebridge and stored in your account. No invoice content is shared with any other party.

Uptime and reliability

Rebridge targets 99.9% uptime. The platform is hosted on Vercel's global edge network with automatic failover. Background processing runs on Inngest with built-in retry and recovery. All purchase orders go through a human review step before execution — if the system is temporarily unavailable, no data is lost and processing resumes automatically. Your control

You can disconnect your Lightspeed account or delete uploaded invoices at any time from your dashboard. If you wish to close your account, contact us at support@rebridge.ai and we'll take care of it.
